I know firsthand how big of a decision franchising can be—because I’ve been there myself.
My career began in the fitness world—coaching, training, and leading high-performance teams. I went from an instructor teaching 15+ classes a week to managing over 300 instructors across three locations downtown Chicago. I created and launched exclusive fitness programs, managed payroll, and ensured operational excellence.
This is where I developed a deep understanding of business operations, team leadership, and customer experience—all of which became crucial when I built my first small business: Imwthkelly Fitness. Now an online fitness hub that services clients all over the globe, I can speak firsthand about creating a company from scratch.
I've seen how franchising can expedite the road to profitability, with systems, tools and training already in place. Ever since 2016, I've worked on all sides of the franchise table and enjoy this role as a franchise consultant the most. I truly enjoy working with individuals as they explore the franchise industry. Whether or not they ultimately become franchisees, every relationship is a success.
